The following is only offered as an outline of my Terms of Agreement, the specifics to be determined
between us (
terms subject to change without notice for agreements not yet entered into):

It's really a lot simpler than it sounds. In simple terms:

You contact me regarding the work you'd like me to do;
I return your contact and we discuss the details. In the case of existing photos and images,
you send them to me;
I give you an estimate on the work you are asking me to do;
We reach a verbal agreement regarding the work to be done and the payment arrangements;
You send the required deposit;
I begin the work;
I send you the proof[s];
We finalize the work;
You make the remainder of the payment in full;
I send you the final product;

Now, in more specific terms:

       If you have a potential interest in my Services, please contact me via email, or with the
CONTACT US form as provided in my website;

       I will return your contact as soon as possible, at which time, we will discuss what it is you
would like done, and will send me by email (or by other means as agreed between us), your
image(s). I will review the work you would like me to perform and the image(s) you provide (in
as high resolution and size as possible if electronically submitted, or with the original mailed to
me) for the proposed work and will determine an estimate. I will re-contact you with the
estimate and/or for clarification if necessary of what you want done;

       Once we have establish a plan to move forward with the work and an agreement on the
estimate, I will require the following:

I will send you an email or letter depending on how we are conducting our business, that will
be returned to me along with your payment of the required deposit, which will be considered
by both parties as an agreement for services as well as your agreemnt to the terms. If you are
paying by
PayPal, you will receive an Electronic Invoice from PayPal which will contain the
necessary link to remit your payment. Click

Payment arrangement, whichever applies:
NOTE: Deposit amounts are minimum, and may vary depending on the amount of work to be
done.

If you are paying by check or Money Order, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit
based on the estimate we agree upon for my services sent to the address that I will provide
you;
If you are paying by PayPal, I will require a 25% non-refundable deposit based upon the
estimate we agree upon according to the Electronic Invoice you receive. [
PayPal is the
fastest, easiest way to make the transaction and accepts major cards. You do not need to
personally have a
PayPal account. PayPal is a secure method of payment. I do not even see
any of your credit card information. All I see is that the payment has been made and has
cleared.];

If you are local and we are dealing in person, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required
in the form of cash, check or Money Order based upon the estimate we agree upon;

       As soon as I receive your non-refundable deposit and it has cleared, I will begin work on
your project. As I make progress on your project, as I deem necessary, I will send you via
email or other form as necessary, proofs (watermarked) for your approval until the project is
completed and I have received your final approval;

       I will work closely with you until you are happy with the final outcome;

       Under normal circumstances, “tweaking” of the image will not require additional fees.
However, if I determine that requirements go beyond the realm of “tweaking” the image, I will
discuss with you at that time any additional fees that may be required based on your final
product requirements. I will do my best to keep these additional fees, if any, to a minimum. If
additional fees are required and agreed to, I will require an additional deposit as outlined
above based on the amount of the additional fees. You will, at any time, reserve the right to
end our business agreement if you do not agree with any additional fees that may be incurred
with the understanding that your initial deposit is non-refundable;

       Once your final approval has been received, I will submit to you the final total for the
Services I have provided, which you will remit in the same form that you made your initial, non-
refundable deposit, unless otherwise arranged in advance;

       As soon as payment in full has been received and cleared, I will send you the final
product, less my watermark, in the form we have agreed upon.

       I can provide you with the final product in several different forms. These include: file sent
via email, file burned to CD and mailed, and in certain limited circumstances, a print mailed to
you. Specific details of the final product file via electronic media including CD, is determined
by the intended use of the final image: ie: computer screen view vs. print purposes. For
example, if the image is intended for use as an on-screen viewing only, the final product will
be sent in a low resolution format. If the final product is intended for printing, I will provide you
with a higher resolution image suitable for printing by you or other print services. Electronic is
always the preferred mode of transmission, but I am flexible and will work with you the best I
can;

       While you will retain ownership of the work I do for you, I reserve the right to use any
work I do to promote my business (without the use of your personal information). Discretion
will always be used depending on the nature of the work I do for you. If necessary, I will create
a separate file to use as promotion in the case that any of your personal information is
included in the image, and will, where necessary, substitute your information with bogus
information;

       Unless otherwise agreed upon, all final products will bear my business information in the
form of my business name and/or website address;
